It is formulated for all skin types. If you feel you need additional moisturization after applying it, use an additional moisturizer such as Moisture Restore Day Protective Lotion SPF 15 Normal to Dry Skin.

Yes. It does provide broad-spectrum protection. It has a PA+++ rating, which is the highest on the PA scale.
